And what better way to bring people together than with a delicious bowl of soup?
That's why in March, we organized two successful Soup Lunches. We were delighted to hear that our colleagues enjoyed lunching together and appreciated the attentive service of our management team, who helped serve the soups.

This idea emerged from the Oliver Change Board. The Oliver Change Board is a group of individuals who foster change within the organization, improving processes and practices. They prioritize hearing every voice and considering all ideas.
The Soup Lunch is a prime example of how Oliver listens to its employees and puts their ideas into practice. It aligns seamlessly with our value: Include & Empower. We believe in engaging everyone and providing a listening ear to anyone with ideas.
