
In the role of Press Operator (36 hours), working a two-shift schedule, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines in the clean rooms to produce packaging materials that contribute to global healthcare.
As a Press Operator, you will operate and set up printing presses according to established production and customer specifications and quality standards. You have a good understanding of customer specifications and adjust presses and controls as needed. You perform visual inspections during production. In addition, you will continuously check and record dimensional and production standards to ensure that the machines are operating optimally. You will also operate other machines.
In addition to operating and setting up the machines, you will be responsible for basic maintenance work following manufacturer instructions. You will resolve malfunctions and communicate with the Maintenance Department when necessary. You will complete all required documentation according to work instructions and record labor report data.
Furthermore, you ensure a safe work environment and follow specifications closely to deliver quality products. To maintain a safe and organized work environment, you perform all necessary tasks as directed by the team leader. You perform 5S and safety audits with corresponding corrective actions. In addition, you inspect products to ensure quality.

Education and experience:
You have a MBO working and thinking level and have demonstrable knowledge of Flexographic printing presses or something similar. Having a VAPRO certificate is considered an added value.Problem solving ability:
