As an internal confidential advisor, you are the first point of contact for employees experiencing undesirable behavior. You provide them with a listening ear, guidance, and advice, contributing to an open and secure workplace atmosphere.
As confidential advisor you support employees facing undesirable behavior by providing initial support and emotional assistance, exploring whether an informal resolution is possible, and informing employees about possible next steps, such as formal complaint procedures. Additionally, you assist employees in escalating cases to a complaints committee or management, refers them to external support services such as a mediator, and educates employees on recognizing and preventing undesirable behavior. Furthermore, they advise management on preventing workplace misconduct and keeping records of reported cases while ensuring confidentiality.
All information is handled confidentially, and you always act in accordance with strict confidentiality obligations.
What do we ask for this role?
Preferably, we are looking for two individuals of different genders, so that employees can always turn to someone they feel comfortable with. In addition, we strongly prefer at least one confidential advisor who speaks Polish, to ensure that Polish-speaking colleagues can access support in a low-threshold, accessible way.
