Kick-off meeting in Antwerpen

At the beginning of January, colleagues from across Europe came together in Antwerp for the 2026 kick-off. During this day, the goals for the year were set, and colleagues from different regions were updated on ongoing projects and new, innovative products that require smart packaging solutions.

The product team introduced a new approach to customer segmentation, and a guest speaker from the field shared insights into how packaging is used in hospitals. This provided a clear view of where our work ultimately ends up.

In addition to the content-driven sessions, there was also time to connect. A team-building activity, a city tour of Antwerp, and a fencing clinic created a great balance between collaboration and relaxation. A great start to the year!
