About Oliver Healthcare Packaging

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is a global organization and a leading player in the healthcare industry. We develop and manufacture packaging solutions for medical devices, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical applications.

Our mission is clear: to ensure that life-saving products safely reach healthcare professionals and patients around the world, from the manufacturing facility to the operating room. In this way, we contribute directly to safer and better healthcare.

At Oliver, our core values guide everything we do: Win as a Team, Include & Empower, Continuous Improvement, Clear Thinking, and Customer Focus.

Working in Venray

Our Venray location serves as the European headquarters and is an important hub within our organization. Here, you will work in an international environment and collaborate daily with colleagues from different countries and disciplines.

In Venray, we combine a high-tech manufacturing environment with a broad range of office and support functions. In our modern cleanrooms, we produce medical packaging according to the highest quality and hygiene standards, while our office-based teams focus on areas such as Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Care, and Human Resources.

The working environment is professional yet approachable, with short communication lines, a fast-paced atmosphere, and plenty of opportunities to make an impact.

The HR department

Our HR team in Venray consists of three enthusiastic colleagues, each with their own area of expertise. Together, we are responsible for both the operational execution and the continuous development of HR policies within our international organization.

We play a central role in connecting people, teams, and organizational goals. This includes attracting talent, supporting absenteeism and employability processes, and continuously improving HR systems and processes. We also ensure accurate and efficient HR administration, including contracts, employee changes, and payroll processing.

As a trusted partner to both managers and employees, we are closely involved in what is happening throughout the organization and collaborate with colleagues across different countries.

What will you do?

As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to become an active member of our HR team and contribute to a wide range of HR processes. You will be given responsibility, gain broad HR experience, and be encouraged to think along about improvements.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting payroll processing from start to finish
  • Preparing and updating employment contracts and other HR documentation
  • Managing and improving HR administration and personnel files
  • Assisting with absenteeism management and applying relevant employment legislation
  • Supporting recruitment activities and contributing ideas regarding compensation and benefits
