As a Maintenance Technician (0.9 FTE), you are responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our production equipment in a cleanroom environment, working in a 2-shift system. You carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Thanks to your efforts, our production remains safe, efficient, and reliable.
You will be actively involved in planning and performing maintenance on machines such as extrusion, lamination, sealing, and cutting equipment. You inspect installations for wear or deviations, carry out repairs, and replace components where necessary. In the event of malfunctions, you analyze the issue using PLCs, technical schematics, and documentation. After maintenance, you restart the machines to verify proper operation.
You also accurately log all your activities in the maintenance system and provide timely input for audits and quality reports. You work in accordance with strict guidelines such as GMP, EHS, 5S, and LOTO.
Collaboration is essential in this role. You work closely with Operators, Engineering, QA, and other departments. You actively participate in shift handovers, toolbox meetings, and contribute ideas for technical improvements. You also support engineers in modifying mechanical and hydraulic designs.
Safety is always your top priority. You wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE), identify risks, and ensure that all work is carried out safely and in line with procedures. You act in accordance with Oliver’s core values and actively contribute to a safe working environment.
At Oliver, we understand how important your values are. You’ll see that reflected in the stories of your future colleagues. Here, work doesn’t feel like just a job. And we do a lot to make that happen.
