
As a Team Leader (0,9 FTE) you will lead a team of 25 to 30 Operators and Inspectors operating in a cleanroom environment, organized in a two-shift system. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily production activities and for achieving our targets in safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. You are a visible presence on the shop floor, motivating your team and empowering individuals to perform at their best.
You serve as the vital link between your team and management. You ensure clear communication, coordinate tasks, and make adjustments where necessary. You maintain oversight, monitor progress, and intervene when deviations occur. At the same time, you actively support the development of your team members through coaching, guidance, and the creation of personal development plans.
You are not only a leader but also a continuous improver. You identify opportunities to optimize processes and take initiative to implement improvements. You work closely with other departments such as Maintenance, Quality, and Planning to drive continuous production improvement. Safety is always your top priority: we work safely, or we don’t work at all.

Education and experience:
You hold a secondary vocational education degree (MBO+), preferably in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, process technology, or a related technical field.Leadership skills:
You have at least 5 years of experience in a production environment, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. You know how to motivate, guide, and develop a team.Communication skills:
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You’re sincere, approachable, and able to engage in open, constructive conversations—even when opinions differ.Teamplayer:
