Ready to turn a manufacturing site into a predictable, high-performing operation?
At Oliver Venray, you will lead a multi-shift cleanroom manufacturing environment through its next phase: from reactive firefighting to structured, data-driven excellence.
You are fully accountable for end-to-end manufacturing performance—impacting delivery reliability, operational efficiency and ultimately patient safety worldwide. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-and-transform opportunity.
Your role
As Manufacturing Manager, you lead a multi-shift production organization operating several lines in a regulated (GMP) cleanroom environment. You work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain to ensure safe, reliable and efficient output. You are both visible on the shop floor and decisive in direction—creating clarity, structure and accountability across teams. You bring stability where there is variability, and structure where there is firefighting.
