At our site in Venray, you will work in a regulated (GMP) environment where reliability and precision are essential. You ensure that shipments, documentation and systems are perfectly aligned, directly contributing to our global delivery performance.
Your role
As a Logistics Administrator (1 FTE), you maintain overview and ensure everything is accurate and up to date. You process logistics data, prepare transport documentation and monitor the flow of goods. When deviations occur, you identify them quickly and take proactive action.
You act as the link between administration and operations, working closely with multiple departments on a daily basis. You ensure systems are up to date and processes run smoothly. In addition, you support the shop floor when needed — for example with loading and unloading, registering goods movements, and preparing orders and returns for shipment.
You work in accordance with GMP and safety guidelines and actively contribute to a safe and structured working environment.
