Your new job at Oliver Healthcare Packaging

IT System Coordinator

As an IT System Coordinator (1 FTE), you will manage all technological operations at our Venray site while supporting Oliver’s global IT environment. This role combines technical expertise, organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving to ensure smooth IT operations and excellent user support.

You will oversee infrastructure and applications, lead local IT projects, and act as the primary contact for all IT-related matters on-site. Working closely with global IT teams, production colleagues, and external vendors, you will implement and maintain systems that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with IT policies and security standards. You will also provide hands-on support to optimize technology use and boost productivity.

Key systems under your responsibility include Microsoft M365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Cornerstone HRIS, SAP S/4HANA, and Inductive Automation Ignition SCADA/MES. You will deliver systems training and implement best practices. Troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA incidents—performing root cause analyses and resolving issues within SLA timelines. Supporting label printing in production, expanding your SAP expertise, and staying up to date with new SAP capabilities will help drive continuous improvement.

In addition, you will manage daily IT operations, resolve hardware, software, and network issues locally and remotely, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades. Maintaining IT security policies and procedures and educating end users on this, documenting incidents, and acting as the link between end users and the Global IT team are key aspects of this position. You will also assist with internal moves and other IT-related tasks as needed.

At Oliver, we understand the importance of your values. You can see that, for example, in the stories of your future colleagues. With us, you're in your place if your work doesn't feel like a job. To make that happen, we do a lot!

Experience with ERP platforms further enhances your ability to support and optimize operational workflows.

Clear and effective communication is one of your strengths. You document technical issues in an accessible way and explain solutions with clarity, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Technical Skills
You’re experienced in diagnosing software and hardware issues, with hands-on knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Windows, and Office. Familiarity with manufacturing labeling systems and a solid grasp of tech tools—from computers to mobile devices—enable you to respond quickly and effectively.
  • System Knowledge
Extensive experience with SAP and ERP support, combined with familiarity with MES systems, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking fundamentals, equips you to manage users, maintain infrastructure, and support enterprise systems with confidence.
